This Risk Disclosure is provided by UAB VirtuaBroker Solutions (“VirtuaBroker”), a company incorporated in Lithuania with company number 306285107, registered office at Lvivo g. 105A-101, LT-08104, Vilnius, Lithuania.

VirtuaBroker is registered in the Register of Legal Entities of Lithuania and supervised by the Financial Crime Investigation Service (FNTT) as a Virtual Currency Exchange Operator and Depositary Virtual Currency Wallet Operator.

We develop and provide infrastructure for cryptoasset transactions. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services.

The purpose of this Risk Disclosure is to inform you of the key risks associated with the use of cryptoassets and related services. This document does not cover all possible risks, and you should carefully consider whether engaging with cryptoassets is suitable for your financial situation and risk tolerance.

1. Market risk and volatility

  • Cryptoassets are highly volatile and can lose value rapidly.

  • You may lose the entire value of any cryptoassets you acquire.

  • Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

2. Lack of protection

  • Cryptoassets are generally not covered by any investor compensation schemes in Lithuania or the EU.

  • If a third-party service provider, exchange, or custodian fails, you may have no compensation rights.

  • You will not benefit from protections equivalent to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) or the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) in the UK.

  • The regulatory status of cryptoassets in Lithuania and the EU is evolving under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA – Regulation (EU) 2023/1114).

  • Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible. Errors in wallet addresses or transaction details may result in permanent loss.

  • Systems may be subject to cyberattacks, fraud, technical failures, or outages that could affect your access to assets or services.

  • We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
